Terms of Service:

  • Our team is always striving for efficiency - with our daily operations and serving our clients! Although we require up to 2 weeks for all of our web maintenance projects, timely communication ensures this time is spent productively.

    We ask that you keep a close eye on your inboxes and respond to all correspondence from our team within a 48-hour window.

  • A one-time payment for the total costs of services will be due prior to the project being initiated.

  • The scope of work for each web maintenance project is determined prior to processing payment. If additional service requests arise during an active project, the new request will be serviced separately and will require additional payment.

  • Each web maintenance project requires up to 2 weeks from the day payment is processed for completion. This includes the time needed for labor, review sessions, and correspondence between Foster’s Creative and the client.

  • Both Foster’s Creative and the client agree that any claim or dispute relating to this agreement, as well as any other matters, disputes, or claims between them, shall first be mediated and/or arbitrated in an attempt to resolve any and all issues.
